I would say take classes online or at a school. Those seem most logical. English being a very universal language means ypu should be able to find a local place to learn.

If not, try a university or college that offers them. Honestly, seems like online is going to be a lot cheaper than a campus.

Duolingo is pretty good but practicing it with a Native is the best way to improve your English. Also watch and read everything in English.

- Example: “3 months – hold a 5‑minute conversation about my day.”
