How do I handle supervisors piling on work whenever I take a break?

I work in the parks so I’m outside in the elements. i try to take frequent water breaks and cool off especially on hot days. There are times both assistant and the supervisor both will call me st the same time for the same thing too. By the time I get home I’m just too tired to do anything. I feel if I say something then I’m the bad guy. I’m not sure how to handle this.

Firstly keep hydrating. Secondly, establish a chain of command. Taking identical directions from different managers is an organisational failure which you shouldn't have to put up with.

If they are asking you to do things when you are off at home, you don't have to do everyrhing they ask. Maybe say delicately every once in a while that you have other obligations. There are other employees aren't there?
