I'd just like to sit there and talk to him about how much his lyrics means to me, how many times I've listened to Guns for Hands and the song has been a perfect description of what it's like having suicidal/self harming friends and being suicidal/self harming yourself, how many times I've listened to Migraine and thought about how perfect a depiction of depression it is, how many times I've listening to Car Radio and been able to relate to silence being scary because it brings on the demons, and how I've said to myself that if he can make it this far, that I can make it just one more day. I want to thank both of them for everything they've done for me, and everything they've done to keep my friends alive and me alive as a result, without even knowing it

I'm so glad that they've helped you battle your depression. Depression is really so hard because it isolates you even when that is the worst thing. I would encourage you to talk to someone about it. It's never a bad thing to do and sometimes another person's unbiased perspective can make us see ourselves and our situation more clearly. I hope you are doing well now!

It makes you feel so isolated, and music helps with that bcause it's a reminder that other people feel exactly the same as you, ans you're not alone. It's hard to get help because I feel like I'll be judged or forced into medication or something similar

Therapy is a JUDGMENT-FREE zone. Don't worry about that! I promise you won't be. If you're talking to a counselor/therapist/psychologist/psychiatrist they've heard all different types of scenarios before. They just want to create an outlet for you to talk about how you feel and then they'll try to help you understand what may be making you feel that way. Also, something comforting, professional counselors are BOUND by therapist/physician privilege. Just as a doctor can't share your medical records, they can't share what you say to them.
At the end of the day, someone can't make you take a pill you don't want to. No one can force you into medication. But if they helped you, would they be the worst thing?

In high school, I took a friend of mine to our guidance counselor because I saw that she was really struggling. I have no idea what they talked about or what steps she took, but talking to someone helped her so much. It may have saved her life. Your life matters too. It is so valuable. There are people who love you and support you and want to help you. The first step is always the hardest, but it is SO worthwhile.
