I wish I had the time and patience. The only cosplay I've really done have mostly been last minute and very poor duplicates. My Harley Quinn cosplay was pretty good but I know is a pretty common and 'basic white girl ' kinda cosplay

I'm most proud of my Eva cosplay from Hell on Wheels.

I can't sew very well and I can't spend ungodly amounts on costumes so I usually just admire from afar and singing "part of your world" in my head a lot.

i used to like seeing cosplay in high school, by the time i become so sceptical towards it (cuz some cosplayers here are mot really good to see) but my boyfriend loves cosplay, I don't know why, so yeah, trying to engage with cosplay again now.

I want to cosplay as Afro from Afro Samurai one time. That would be awesome. Or Boba Fett would be great as well.

I don't think it's strange the draw to cosplay. I think dressing up is fun to do. It's like Halloween. People love Halloween, and not just because of the candy. People just love escapism of any kind. Cosplay is one of those types.

I find it interesting but it should suit proper character. Many Anime girls have large boobs but in our world that is rare. So while cosplaying I like them who resembles the character perfectly. Otherwise I dont like it.

I like cosplay but it's too much work to pull off - I don't have the time and money to tailor clothes to fit, craft props and all the trial and error.
Nonetheless I'm glad to have a friend as professional cosplayer who happens to have a large following in S. E. Asia

I like it but not all of them ^^. I think it's fun but I wouldn't do it myself lol. Too much work and hassle for just wearing a costume once. But I don't think it's weird I think it's fun :)

I love to cosplay! I've been doing it for about 4 years now. It may be tough to rush a costume together right before a con, but it's always been worth it when it all comes together. I enjoy the creativity of how to bring this fictional character to life the most. I've also made a ton of friends by cosplaying and going to conventions. So for the most part, people are really cool who cosplay and you can instantly know if there is a connection if they are cosplaying from your favorite show.

Yes, if it's not a fat girl trying to cosplay. That's the fastest way to make *anything* gross. Google "Kitty Young Harley Quinn", and then google "fat girl cosplay Harley Quinn". Fat girls dressed as Harley Quinn make Baby Jesus cry.

Yes, cosplay is great! It feels great for me because I can role-play as my favorite characters. My favorite characters that I role-played and cosplayed is Lara Croft and Cat Woman.
