Most of these shows don't last, but it's been a trend in the U. S. and some parts of Europe for the last few years. There was one terrible one that was like "love island" but everyone was naked. I can't remember the name. But in the U. S., "Buying Naked" and "Naked and Afraid" are still doing well in the ratings.
