YouTube suspends account of 16 year old girl for hate speech for a video titled "I'm not racist" why?

She makes typical girly girl/lifestyle videos like female youtubers usually do but she is on the conservative side. After accusations of racism she made a video saying she's not racist, now youtube suspended her account for 2 months for hate speech why?

Well, you haven't been clear on what she said in the video. It could be something like “I'm not racist but I think all mexicans should be deported instantly“ A lot of people do this before they say something racist e. g. “I'm not racist, but *very racist thing*“
