Marvel vs DC : Who would win in a head-to-head battle between DC and Marvel?

The heroes vs heroes battle would be DC. More of their superheroes have the same powers and are more powerful on Average. But in terms of who has the stronger heroes, Marvel. Overall DC has the more powerful heroes but the most powerful heroes are at Marvel. But they will be overwhelmed.

On the villains side, DC would win, handily. Unless Thanos, Galactus and Mephisto can pull off a miracle.

@Andro7 depends which superman it is, his powers vary. Captain marvel controls red sun radiation and Thor has a magic hammer. Two things superman has trouble with.

D. C. has The Presence and Marvel has The One Above All. Basically two names for God. If we exclude those, then in my opinion D. C.'s The Spectre would seem to be the most powerful remaining entity and in theory could solo both the Marvel and D. C. Universes.

Anyway, overpowered heroes are boring AF. I prefer characters like Captain America and Batman.

It's been done. The Flash Family literally murders every high tier and lower character on speed alone.
With their ability to phase through people bodies and pull out organs and the ability to pull things into the speed force, the stomp with next to no resistance.
All the god tier characters get wrecked by the likes of Mr. Mxy, Dr. Manhattan, The Over Monitor, Lucifer, Micheal, The Anti Monitor.
Marvel loses pretty outright in a universal battle.
