What's the best LGBT character in Movies and\or TV shows?

In honor of National Coming Out Day, I like to know what TV and Movie have the best LGBT characters.

I'll try to put to almost all letters a cartoon character. Just because.

L (Lesbian): Marceline from Adventure Time, she's cool.
G (Gay): Mr. Slave, from South Park, she's kind and sweet.
B (Bisexual): Stewie Griffin, from Family Guy, he's a Psycho but probably my favourite character from that show.
T (Transgender & Transexual): It only comes Mr. Garrison from South Park to my mind.
Q (Queer): Him, from the Power Puff Girls. He's queer in a way that I find incredibly awesome. Apart form beign the smartest villain.
I (Intersex): I haven't seen Mazinger Z but I know Baron Ashler maybe could fit here. Half man, half woman.
A (Asexual): Todd Chavez from BoJack Horseman! He's super cute and sweet despite beign kind of crazy!
P (Pansexual): Roger from American Dad. I think he would fit. He's actually is not male or female and if my memory works fine Roger would have sex with anyone regardless of gender identity.
