But.
Why are people acting like the very fabric of gender identity is being turned upside down.
One actor comes out and wants people to start using masculine instead of feminine pronouns and everyone has a cow.
Its one person. You only know of them through TV and movies, you've likely never met, and never will meet them. So why does it matter at all? Just wish them good luck and move on.

Women need protection when going outside because someone may kidnap them or rape them When we go to the grocery store, we have to remember to check under our cars and around them because we know that there are men after us We have men controlling our bodies, they're deciding what we can do with them We have to pay for pads, tampons, etc. We are expected to take birth control, which can affect give us depression, irregular periods, lose or gain weight, etc. when men could easily just get a vasectomy, and when they want kids they could get it reversed.
In many countries, women are being killed for simply being women. We are being killed for being women.
Men are living the dream compared to us. Please do not say men have it harder than us.
I'm just gonna put it like this. Women are valued for who they are Men are valued for what they have. You don't have to deal with the sad truth that you are expendable and easy to replace.
If men have any privilage its only because if people only had to save one of us chances are you would get saved while i would be left to die.
