Sure, why shouldn't it be? Firstly it is already age restricted, so the possible muh children point is mute. It's also educational. Be real, testicular cancer sucks balls, sadly it can also lead to death. Being able to recognize it early is a big impact on your chances of survival, but not many guys know/care about it and are thusly more likely to die. Why should someone's life be in danger, because muh decency? Sure, there is nudity, but it's not porn, even if the actor is hot. There are way worse offenders and abusers of the educational tag on YT than a video that may save someone's life.

I don't know what youtube's rules are, but that seems unnecessarily graphic. Is that guy just doing that as an excuse to show off his body?
