I’ve mostly been listening to Griselda lately, so Conway The Machine and Benny The Butcher are in heavy rotation. These guys are closer to my age, and they make that good ol’ fashioned rap I’ve been missing these last 15+ years or so.
This song…. I wish every song created this kind of vibe for me, haha, that first verse with Benny and 38 Spesh is CRAZY.
Also been listening to the Meek Mill “Tony Story” series, it’s a masterpiece the way he tells that whole tell. Part 3 is SO GOOD, on the edge of my seat for Part 4, which Meek says will be in movie form.
Honestly Juice WRLD is my favorite rapper/artist ever he has so much talent when it comes to music i still get sad that he passed away all the time even though i never knew him personally. Jarrad Anthony Higgins 21 years old December 8 2019 RIP
i remember when Juice wrld died, 2017 was the best era of rap no cap, xxxtentacion for me is my favorite forever i cried so much when he died and it’s doesn’t look real that he passed away he helped me a lot going through hard stuff in 2017-2018
There's this girl named joy crookes from London, she has a marvelous voice and right now I love her music video "feet don't fail me now"

P! nk will always be top, her stage performances alone blow everyone out of the water. Strong and positive. Her music has brought me out of some dark times. Then eclectic mix of singers after. Not real fan of Rap.. maybe a Cypress Hill song from the 90’s and a couple others.

Well it's for sure not that type of rap but if we are talking about it. Eminem, Hollywood undead, Icon for hire and some other bands that incorporate rap into there songs are pretty much the only rap i like. Cause the rest to me just all seems cheap or mumble rap especially when they have really dumb names.
No one is too young for music. Even the most adult, the stuff i listened to at 8 thanks to my dad was some pretty adult stuff. But if your talking more i grew up at a different time and that perspective of things oh for sure.
Cause music changes a lot every year nevermind what your listening to in your teens compared to mine even if there not all that far off. So yeah from there you could see it the opposite of eminem is overhyped and not get the fuzz because you've got your selection of what's good to you and what's around you.
yeah your's is more the grime/gangster stuff. Mine is more rock bands with rap in or just Eminem been that stand out guy who to me made rap actually good in his era. Totally opposite sides. Which like you said is all cool we all like different things
83hades, fukkit, clipping., little darkie, billy woods are some of my current obsessions when it comes to rap. Though really I've been in my grindcore/black metal/doom/sludge phase again for the the past few weeks.
