For those of you who play Cyberpunk 2077, is the game less buggy now or should I still wait to buy it again?

So a few months ago I bought Cyberpunk 2077 for Xbox but it was extremely buggy and stuff. So I got a refund on it and Microsoft took away the game for me, so I ended up buying Watchdogs Legion which I like. Is Cyberpunk 2077 better now to buy it again?
