There is no reason for them to do so, as long as they take their responsibility first they can play as much as they want on the remaining time. Or not at all if they choose too.

I think people of any age can play videos games whenever they want as long as they do it in moderation.

They should play as long as they want to. I played a lot more when I was younger but once in a while I can play mario Karts and Doom.
