Music can really take you places… sometimes the vibe of the track is so vivid and colorful, it’s like it takes you to a different world inside your head. It can even feel warm or frigid… vast and expansive, or very lonely, cramped and claustrophobic. I genuinely get that out of some music… detailed visuals and sensory feelings almost.

That it's such a powerful tool for memory. I can hear a song and it will take me back to a time when I listened to that song in the past. It's proven to help people with dementia to recall memories, it's very cool.
