Just went outside and the sky is flickering green and purple. I have a video too

I think I figured it out. We hold a Mardi gras parade and I think it's still going. The colors were green and purple so?

Seems like it's an electrical fire from a fuse or something. Where you live, there shouldn't be that many gasses in the air

It's like huge flickering clouds...

Sounds like an electrical spark from downed power lines. Almost like a crash where a car hit the power pole

If the flashes are consistent, they’re probably from lights nearby deflecting in the clouds.

Typically a green sky is not a good thing. That signals VERY bad weather
