A good example of how music bridges borders.

André Rieu has always been an advocate of music joining people from all continents.

I am a big fan of André Rieu but unfortunately, I believe that as long as men dismiss music as the best ambassador for peace, peace will never have a chance against missiles, bombs and other weapons of mass destruction.

Those emotions triggered by music are not located in the same area of the brain as the ones that make people become tyrants or megalomaniacs. Even though, dictators have been found to like beautiful music, both sides of the brain don't communicate in harmony but rather against each other.

The war Russia is waging in Ukraine has nothing to do with the innocent civilians in both countries. This war is one of the oligarchs wanting more. More access to the black sea, more access to oil pipelines. More profits. The innocents of both countries can and do share a common ancestry.
