What can actors do if they do not get any film offer?

Jokes apart, I acted in 3 short films and 1 feature film. However, due to studies and work I was on hiatus. Now, I have time and want to resume acting but I am not getting any offers. I don't want to back out. Normally what actors do in case they don't get any film offer?

I've heard that a lot of them worked in restaurants waiting tables between going to auditions. They had to survive.
I remember that Chris Pratt saying that he used to actually sleep in his car and work normal jobs, he was basically homeless before he started getting good acting work.
