Jujutsu Kaisen (sadly there is only one season so far)
By swallowing a cursed relict the protagonist becomes the vessel for the most evil and most powerfull Demon, and enters a world full of monster and curses, trying to find the missing cursed relicts and destroy this king of demons.

My hero Academia
A world full of super heroes and vilains, and a school for training the new generation of heroes.

Demom Slayer (Kimetsu ko Jaiba)
The family gets murdered by demons and only the eldest son gets spared, while the eldest sister gets turned into a demon, they now look for a cure and have to hunt down one of the strongest demons.

Food Wars (Shokugeki no Soma) (Finished)
An Anime about an elite cooking school where the students fight by who makes the best food.

Assasination Classroom (Finished)
The "class of losers" of an elite school gets taught by a octopus monster and besides the regular education they also learn how to assasinate the teacher.

Without knowing what genres you're interested in or not, what decade you prefer etc. no one can be that specific.

madoka magica deconstructs the magical girl genre, full metal alchemist brotherhood is high quality and sticks to the manga more than the first FMA did, pani poni dash has tons of cultural references in it, cowboy bebop is classic, hellsing is just glorious vampire shenanegans (one of the only dubs > sub), angel beats, clannad, air, kanon, little busters etc.

here's a good one to watch since you like sailor moon, great lovable charracters, good story that seems simple but is suprisingly deep, and good action scenes aswell, it pretty much has it all.

Sailor moon and dragon ball z back when I was a kid. Then Naruto and castlevania more recently have been ones I’ve seen and liked.

I’ve been meaning to get around to watching Sailor Moon, but can’t seem to find it in good quality anywhere.

I love Clamp anime and manga like Cardcaptor Sakura, slice of life genre anime like Lucky Star are always fun, and I’ve been meaning to get around to watching Evangelion which looks epic. Studio Ghibli seems to have the best movies.
