Meth, cocain and ecstasy makes lots of people clench/grind their teeth. so if you see someone who seems to be chewing all the time without having a gum in their mouth or eating, that's probably one of those drugs.

It’s usually gum or lollies to reduce damage to mouth from Molly, speed etc. being stimulants and numbing element, using gum stops you ripping your mouth apart , apparently.
