I found I could really identify with the Hobbits growing up. I started by reading the Hobbit and ended up seeing The Lord of The Rings Serie. If I were a hobbit, it would be cool to have a true friend like Sam and have others like Frodo, Pippin and Merry. I'd have to live in the Shire.

Funny story when I first set out to read The Hobbit I was pretty young and genuinely believed that the story was true and Hobbits were real. Tolkien's writing style and the world he created felt real. My feet are very much like Hobbit feet and I am relatively short that believing in Hobbits didn't seem like too much outside of the realm of possibility.

Hobbit's are very different than any others, like Elves, Dwarves and wizards. Hobbits are good natured, unique, clever, loyal friends and have great strength to endure whatever endeavors they face in life. Tolkien stands out as one of the greatest writers to ever live. Many of the characters were modeled after his friends and the books from, his experiences from war. Anyone who is touched by Tolkiens books can be transported to a whole other world with it's own languages, landscapes and those who are a part of that realm.

  Yes. They have some really stunning locations in past seasons too. I will have to luck up if Gary Hunt is in this season. I should have been alerted to this through youtube. I missed an itchyboots yesterday too. I wonder if my phone update did something.

Only if “resting knees firmly on the kneepads” I believe are the words in small print, do I then get a free pass. Oh, and not in groups or four or more other hobbits, as I then become a tripping hazard.
