Tokyo Ghoul? Unless you count guy becomes unkillable because plot armour cries about how humans and ghouls need to get along but that never gets resolved, then a girl wants his baby he say's nope but say's yes to another girl then it ends as a solid plot.
But hey it's still a plot I suppose.
Should say these things don't actually ruin the plot of other amines but that's because there smarter like much could be the said about Parasyte hell in that it really leaves the whole Parasyte problem unexplained but it's one of the bests till this date.

Those shows are highly episodic, and not very focused on the characters or their personal relationships. They're very much a blank slate kind of like a video game character.

Demon Slayer, I'm just there for the fights and the amazing art during those fights. Zenitsu's cries and screams drive me crazy.

Jujutsu Kaisen. Episode one Megumi gets slammed through a wall of a school building, he can barely move, and badly injured because of that. Episode five, Megumi gets dragged or slammed through a whole city and somehow he's, doesn't make sense at all.

It's all subjective of course. He may like it. But I dropped it, it didn't make sense, there was no training sequence or a lot time that had passed. Just suddenly Megumi can survive hundreds of walls I was like 'Nope'

Jurassic World, I came for mostly the dinosaurs, the 'plot' is also... 'eh' 😅 turn off the brain and you'll come out happy that you watched it.
