Have you ever purchased a book at the airport?

I got a book before a flight lasting over 4 hours and it’s one of the most interesting books I ever read, it’s a drama free chick book that might not appeal to drama or horror seekers but you don’t want a scary book when your suspended 38,000 feet above ground. I then concluded the airlines hand pick the best books for plane rides and I should always buy one.

I don't think I have. But I did have a travel nightmare once. Where we ended up going back to my aunts house to catch a later flight... They put us on standby when one flight was canceled to put us on another flight that... Also was canceled and the next flight they put us on... Well that was totally full.

So they then put us on standby. Which we sat in the airport WAITING ALL DAY LONG!!! We were at the top of the list... But guess what? There was pilots, flight attendants, and other flight and ground crew that would bump us out of our seats.

So we sat in the airport ALL DAY!!! ALL DAY. Should have got one. But it was honestly kind of fun not going to lie. I liked watching the planes and stuff and people watching so it really was not that bad.

Had a book confiscated by TSA because they couldn't see into the binding. So they tore the binding out and pretty much the entire book to random pages. Had to buy a new one at Barnes and Noble when i landed. After losing one at the airport, I'm not going to buy one from an airport.

I have, can't remember what. Personally I'd normally buy from a dis out book shop rather than paying full price at airport
