Because they claim to be a non-partisan news outlet but they’re more liberal than MSNBC. At least MSNBC admit they are a liberal news outlet and why a lot of people don’t have much of an issue with them because they were at least honest about their political views CNN claims to be non-partisan when they’re incredibly partisan. Fox news and dailywire at least honest that they are conservative news net work so conservative preferred to watch them. MSNBC is a liberal news outlet so liberals prefer to watch MSNBC nobody likes CNN not even liberals

Here's how I would fix it. Everybody needs to be fired. Don lemon everybody. Only Gen z and millennials on the show.
If your going to hire a Gen x person they have to be democrat. Right wing has to be 41-23.

You want a young demographic old period watch the news regardless.

You bring in republicans hard core right wing republicans.

You being in Democrat
And a moderate host the shows.

You call that show something related to political opinions. Do hot topics of the day or week. And have 12 min debates bring in guest every now and again.

Then you have a show just need facts whether it's true or not. Say allegedly if you have to.

Years ago when I used to watch CNN they covered a variety of news stories. Anything big that was going on, they were there. It seemed like they had reporters on scene at everything. Then CNN slowly turned into just a 24 hour political channel where they yap about politics and ignore everything else.

Agree. Too much politics will turn people off. They should focus on day to day news reporting nationwide that actually affects the people i. e economy, health, safety etc.

The fact that they refuse to even touch a story unless it furthers their agenda, and the American people are now aware of that fact, will continue to hurt them.

When you look at what their "news anchors" say on a daily basis, they are outspokenly in favor of authoritarianism/China-like policies. They supported locking up people who were unvaccinated during the pandemic. It opened a LOT of people's eyes when they saw and heard that during the pandemic.
