Depends how deep down... Sometimes music, sometimes nothing... I'm pretty deep down rn.. But I will say, having the sister of my heart be there for me when noone else was helped some...

Nothing, it's just pain and I just deal with it, and make it day by day, the only time I'm happy is for about 4 seconds after i first wake up in the morning before I remember who I am and what my life is, after those few seconds it's a wrap,
So nothing makes me happy, but video games and movies are sometimes successful in distracting me so I can drag myself to the next day
Music tends to make me more sad
