I never went to one lol I also don't think there is a typical American water park in Germany... I could be wrong tho
We have, as far as I know, little kid playgrounds with some kind of small water fountain to play with

What about you tho?

Some insane individual put a bunch of razor blades at the bottom of our local park slides when I was young. It killed the joy immediately. And shut the park. They could have just kept a spotter in place. The lawsuit (s) must have finished them.

Maybe when I was a kid but when I look back on it, I don't really have a desire to replicate the experience so ehhh probably not. I went to six flags when I was fourteen and it was sooo fun , but when I went when I was 18 it wasn't fun at all... but I will mention my mental was definitely way worse then when I was 14... sometimes I feel like I can't feel any joy so yeah that could have something to do with it... I really thought I'd have as much fun as I did the first time but I don't know, i honestly felt depressed every time I went out
