What was that CGI cartoon of transforming spherical robots called?

Watched a few episodes of it like probably over a decade ago by now on YTV. It's a Canadian kids channel if you didn't know; it tended to feature a lot of shows from CN and Nickelodeon. Can't seem to find information about it online sadly.

There was one called Bakugan for a while, I think. That's the only one I know of.

The toy line had these little transforming spheres that would pop into robots when thrown... If they didn't break instead.

No that's an anime sorry. Unless they made a newer show that's purely in CGI. I had a Beyblade toy before, don't know where it went. They made an anime based on those toys too.

Gotcha. I'm not familiar with one, sorry! Yeah, my cousin and I were big into Beyblades as kids. I heard my elementary school banned them after a few years because it was sparking betting rings, lol!

The schools I went to banned Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh cards cause kids got obsessed with them. I remember I got my cards confiscated by a teacher even though I wasn't actively playing with them. Also the manga creator of Yu-Gi-Oh passed away in an accident off the coast of Japan a few weeks ago.

It took place in some futuristic racetrack city and there were different clans, the protagonist being part of some cop group against the antagonists who were a criminal group. I think the protagonist doesn't know their origins but was accepted to being part of the cops anyways. He suspected the cop leader was conspiring with somebody while the gang leader suggested he was actually meant to join them.
