I like joking about everything, is that wrong?

I'm in my last year of HS and playing pranks is one of my favorite pastime activities. Sometimes I like making jokes out of serious topics such as the day my a couple relatives really thought I got robbed and beaten (fake make-up) or when they really thought I had Covid, lol.

I'm the queen of pranks and I've always been the funny girl in the class. Is it wrong to joke about everything?

Sometimes I just do it if the things get too serious or if someone were to continue talking about a bad news... so I joke around to light up the humor.

The getting ''robbed and beaten'' prank was originally going to be an ''I just got raped'' prank but even my good female friend who is also into pranks thought that was too much and so I changed it to getting robbed.

I think you use humour to avoid facing things you don't want to face.

You're not going to maintain good, strong, healthy, deep relationships with people if this is your normal M. O. It's disrespectful.

It also seems like you are making yourself the centre of attention. If something actually bad happens to you, you will already have lost all credibility and eventually (once you're an adult) no one will take you seriously, and no one will care about you.

I think you have issues; something to do with your ego. You should really ask yourself why you do this. Rape and being attacked are no laughing matters. You devalue others' experience when you make false accusations. In fact, you're the exact type of female who will later make a false rape charge against some innocent boy or man that you become irrationally angry at.

I know the story and yes heard of it. The thing is I actually do know self-defense (though I keep a low profile on that) and wouldn't be that naive to not take precautions nor be aware of my surroundings.

I look at everything as being fun I like to take words and switch them around a little bit to make them sound almost the same but a little bit different just to make something funny I like to joke I like to laugh I like to make people laugh but at the same time there's a time and a place for everything you have to understand that there's some things that might insult people are just in bad taste every once in awhile but you have to be cautious of that I mean if I knew you better I would play a prank on you right now or I would say something to you that would be hilarious but I'm not going to cuz I don't know you but I hear where you're coming from I enjoy it if you enjoy it and you don't harm anybody I say keep it up make people happy make yourself happy by doing it just be fun

Well they need to get a sense of something because the way the world is we all need to laugh we all need to smile you know whether it's just a something super funny or something that's cute or just another person's smile I mean that's we got to let all the crap go and we can do that by a smile or somebody saying something weird or stupid you know I have friends everyone's well I'll get on a run and I won't stop and all my friend can do is laugh and say you're so stupid because it's so freaking funny I think it's I love it

It has never done to the level of cops getting called and it won't. I would stop anyone from call the cops by simply saying that it's just a prank.

Some people are more serious than funny. For instance the ''I got robbed and beaten'' was originally going to be an ''I got raped'' prank but even my close friend (she's into jokes too) said pranking about rape was too much and to changed it to getting robbed.

I don't see the humour in either of those "pranks", to me a prank is something that is harmless and can easily be laughed off. Like asking for help to move heavy objects and having a decoy light object to make the other person look weak.
Joking about rape or getting mugged can be done, but it's tricky and your friends/family might feel concern more than jest.
