Hell yes! If its not done with anger, its perfectly fine. Take me for example. I had my right leg chopped off at birth, so my friends call me pogostick, step in a half, gimp, tell me I should work at IHOP and want to nail my fake foot to the floor and watch me turn in circles... how is that for making fun?

If you look at my answer you will see that my answer differed from yours. BUT... a joke no longer is a joke once you harm someone mentally. Its meant to be funny and if you harm a human being mentally its no longer a joke, it is an insult... but make fun of my one legged ass anytime!! I think its funny as hell!
