What time signature is this in?

Sounds to me like a good discription of the butterflies you get when you meet your crush. Chaotic, yet joyful, heart beating fast, dont know what to say, etc.

there's a lot of clashing notes that are right next to each other on the keyboard, but that in itself is not unheard of in music.
