What’s your favorite book?

I’m not sure what my all time favourite would be. That is a tough one. I have read so many good ones in my life. I don’t get the chance to read that often anymore. I do tend to like crime/mystery type books when I do have the chance to read.

I also like history and non fiction type books. What I cannot stand are short stories. I really am left disappointed and dissatisfied by things that are that short. They leave something to be desired, right?

I prefer tall tales even to short stories or short anything really. Like other things that are very short, it doesn’t take all that long to get from the top to the bottom and bam…over like that.

I prefer volume and long stories compared to short tales. Those are for kids mostly anyhow. Well, kids and very tiny adults that can sit with said kids on the floor as if they were one of them.

I don't have a favorite, there are many great books ... as a teen I liked souls from Stephanie Meyer
Lately I love autobiographies from Elizabeth Smart, Yeonmi Park, Waris Dirie, Lisa Müller... at least that's the few I can name from the top of my head
Or self help books like "The gift of fear"(I definitely recommend that one!) was amazing, or "You do dou"
Or also "my not so perfect life" from Sophie something was fun to read... ohhh too many great books to just pick one 🤷🏽‍♀️

I don't like picking favorites, especially now since I'm barely reading any at all. I'd say, so far from those I've read, Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl. I was hesitant on actually reading it since it's recommended a lot but it's actually really good. 💛

Fredrick Douglass had an auto biography I liked a lot too. He went into a lot of details so it can be hard to get through at points. But it’s amazing what he was able to accomplish in his circumstance

Basically, it's about a boy, Little Prince travelling around the universe and learning about life, friendship and love. It's so heartwarming 😅
