I try to avoid them I’m a highly emotional person so I’m careful to what I listen to… sad song make me cry and put me in a depressive mood over all so I listen to upbeat music instead

Too depressing for me.

I've had enough problems in my life that I can't stand listening to people who want to sing about their problems or wallow in their pain. For me depression is a real thing and need to stay in a positive frame of mind.

Most Pink Floyd songs, especially on the Dark Side of the Moon album, are sad. Pink Floyd is the best, along with Led Zeppelin and The Beatles, both of which have great sad songs (All My Love, Fool in the Rain, Stairway to Heaven, Yesterday, Girl, Eleanor Rigby).
