Here is something for the gamers?

Question

Who is a big fan of the Elder scrolls 5 Skyrim? What is your favorite mission, weapon such as sword or bow, figure out armor and favorite person to marry and what is the perk of the marriage?

Skyrim was... okay. It learned all the lessons taught from Oblivion, both the good and the bad. The stripping down and simplification of game mechanics increased, and it suffered for that, but the plot at least made more sense, if not really being in keeping with the established lore. The music was also excellent, but you don't really get points for that; EVERY Elder Scrolls game has had wonderful music, even Redguard, where the music was pretty much the ONLY good point.

I think my favorite part of it was Blackreach; that was the one and only area that actually felt big and expansive and like someplace to EXPLORE, rather than just "be". My favorite MOMENT was probably the first dragon attack I saw outside of the intro, when one approached, people began screaming, I ran out to face it, and then it suddenly began flying BACKWARDS, reached a nearby mountain, and began spinning back and forth in a circle, diving down like a giant drill bit. I was genuinely unnerved and wondered what the hell it was doing and how I was supposed to fight it. That faded when I realized it was a bug, but still.

My entry into the Elder Scrolls was Daggerfall, which is still my favorite of the series. Why? Well, ludicrous size and functioning (if awkward to use) 3D map aside, here's a redo of one of my favorite characters:

Aside from dodging, swimming, and running, those are all LANGUAGE skills. In Daggerfall, when you approached a monster, the game checked your relevant language, and if you passed the check, the monster wouldn't be hostile. With no combat abilities (the mobility skills came in VERY handy when those language checks FAILED, believe me) I died a LOT, but by the end of the game, I didn't have to fight at ALL, unless I wanted to (except to animals, which had no language but were basically gone by the end of the game, and undead, which... weren't). What other game- in any series- lets you do something like that?
