Do you like my Hulk/Superman movie concept?

Yes I know DC And Marvel are different properties and they can't really do this but this is just a fun what if and if they could in the future.

The Leader arrives, wants supermans power, gamma creatures with him/there power and empower them, corrupt the heroes, ruin reputation, have them fight. Bruce Banner is hanging out with Betty and he recognizes The Leader has came back to Earth. Through his intelligence he figures out where the Leader is and goes to Metropolis with Betty. He steals Metallo unleashes him on Metropolis City. Bruce Banner lures Metallo away from people, gets mad, transforms, destroys Metallo. Clark Kent/ Superman interact with Lois Lane, talk Bruce Banner/Hulk. Leader steals Kryptonite. Clark meets Bruce. After, Superman Lois talk, Lois says you and him aren't so different. Leaders Goons grab Lois and plan to go kidnap his mother, Superman fights him off. Kryptonite drain some of his power/weaken him, Sample Power, bring back. Aliens kidnap Betty, Bruce go there, transforms, fights goons, saves Betty. The Leader seeks Abomination, Ravage, MadMan. Superman finds the 3 villains, takes them Fortress of Solitude. Superman fights them, defeats them and freezes them there. Leader propaganda makes Hulk Superman look bad. Hulk and Superman chase by General Ross/Talbot Military and Aliens separate locations. 10-15 minute chase scene they both get captured different locations. They get brainwashed see the other as bad. Superman fights The Hulk. They relate, put aside differences, see whats going on, join forces. They get chased again Aliens/Military. hide, lay low, reunite with there lovers. The Leader Angry. Leader invades City, they save people without powers disguising themselves. Superman fights goons, Bruce turns off reinforcements for now. Leader discovers Supermans identity, frees Abomination Ravage and Madman. Bruce and Clark know more are coming, stealth investigate Leaders lair. Bruce Clark realize what happened. Final battle happens.

Seems a bit choppy because its just a concept right now and I can't add any more than 2000 words.
I would have Leader scenes to develop him I kinda touched on that but oculdnt explain it fully. Important dialogue would happen.
Bruce and Clark would develop a friendship when there both laying low and both look bad by Military and the Leaders Goons.
In the final battle Bruce transformers into the Hulk fights Abomination, Ravage and Madman.

Superman would end up having to help the Hulk defeat Madman. Abomination and Ravage. There have the powers of superman from the sample the goons got at the 45 minute mark of the film. Leader transformers Hulk into Bruce, Superman is weakened by kryptonite and Bruce outsmarts the Leader. They both defeat the Leader without there powers, and gain them back.

DC and Marvel crossovers are not played out. Hulk fighting Metallo, Hulk and Superman fighting the leaders forces, Superman fighting Madman, Ravag, abomnatn, them both being on the run and chased by leaders goons AND general ross military, then fighting eachother and then teamuping up to fight The Leader is totally my idea.
