I will have a villain will clearly be superman's Superior, who will get beaten by Neutron Girl in my comic book series.

Well, I already do. She is Tetra with Jonathan Tanner's Shattered Soul Fragments,

Appearances:
The Beast and the Bitch (Base form)
Indestructible Aura (Jonathan Tanner's Abilities plus her own)
Dark Triad (Project Neon Abilities)

Tetra's Base Abilities:
Diamond Alloy flesh and bones
Her body is as hard as Diamond and with the Tensile Strength of Carbon Nanotubes.

Self-Resurrection
IN Dark Triad she will re-create her destroyed body from dirt and be re-born.

Tetrad-Telekinesis
Tetrad shaped Forcefields, which are pink, which work a bit like Jean Grey's spherical forcefields.

Dream Walking
She is able to physically enter the Dream World and steal the abilities and dreams of everyone who ever lived.

Most of Jonathan Tanner's (Chrononaut's) Shattered Soul Fragments, which gives her temporal telekinesis, Temporal telepathy, Temporal Teleportation, and Temporal Phase Blades

IN "Indestructible Aura", Neutron Girl obtains her greatest powers ever in order to fight Tetra to the Death across all of space and time.

I've gotten the basic story done, but I need to do a bit of further exposition and expounding of the character's backgrounds for these three chapters.
