Trending & News so you gotta differentiate between the "Hulk" and "Bruce Banner". Bruce Banner is clearly a good guy. But when he Transforms into the Hulk, his character also transforms. Originally he was just a mindless animal fighting for it's survival. so not really good or evil cause there's no intention or moral behind his actions when he's in hulk mode. but recently marvel has developed the character into a lame ass overthinking cunt that can't even fight anymore. sothe hulk was turned from a moral free neutral animal to a pretty much useless good guy. and even Bruce Banner was turned from a highly driven scientist trying to do what's right and good towards being more of a pseudo-intellectual passive hippie. in my opinion, both the "original" characters are dead at this point.
dont be so shallow and black and white he doesn't have to be a completely good creature but if they are both the same being then the host should rationally be able to control it more over time. the hulk doesn't have to be bad. he is supposed to be a suphero character or a complex antihero. making him evil or hurt people and damage property the whole time would make his character boring, bland, and one dimensional.
He can be neutral of sorts the first time with inclination toward good since the host is good and smart, but also uncontrollable. and then over time he becomes better since the host start to control him better.
i don't know who you're talking at but what you said has no reference to my opnion. so i'm out.
Depends on the comic run. Hulk has been all of those things at different times under different authors. If you mean what I personally like Hulk to be, it's an rotating antihero. Hulk is best used, to me, as an allegory. Anger can be a great motivator and directed in a healthy way, we can control our anger and use it to make our situations better. Alternatively, we can let our anger control us and become our own rage monster, destroying everything in our path, including our own relationships.
