sports...

if you hate sports, then get something that is physically active, and different from the even more present nowadays, sitting around and not getting up much

get those muscles moving and that heart working some cardio, the more, the better... and it doesn't even have to be sports... it can be as simple as fairly long walks around your place or a park

and do not settle for 15 to 30 minutes a day, aim for AT LEAST one hour, every single day

  walking, swimming, rope jumping, dancing... and many other, all those involve using all of your muscles and getting some cardio done
  
  and they are fairly simply and available to anyone, at least one hour a day and many things improve, gradually

I guess it depends what you want to get out of it?
Whether you're trying to get fit, gain a useful/marketable skill, make friends, meet potential dates, de-stress, compete/challenge yourself...

Anything that helps you take care of yourself. Exercise or nutrition would help most people and it could include a bunch of stuff.

  Exercise I think would be more difficult for the average person but there's people you can hire to help you (trainers and stuff) as well as things to keep you motivated (not dying)

I favour model trains. Both Frank SInatra and Rod Stewart were very big into them. Rod was shown four times in magazines with complete cities that he built in his apartment to landscape his models of the railroads in NYC. Mr. Sinatra was known to the owners of Lionel to endorse their products. By the way, singer Neil Young also likes trains and is a current part owner of the Lionel Train company.
