What do you like/hate about yourself?

I like almost everything about myself so I will just list the things I dislike about myself.

- I don't do well in crowds. I really don't like visiting family or big groups of friends. I am an introvert and I never know what to say or someone cuts you off when you finally do find the words, is family. It's torture for me to be there. And it sucks. That brings us to the next point...

- Holidays. Those are the times family and friends will gather. I like celebrating for example Christmas with a couple of friends. I am speaking of 1 to 4 people. Friend groups of 10 is too much, but it's okay if we split up to do something we each like and gather again later (Christmas parties, markets, walks in general)
But family? I don't want to go there anymore. I will see them once either Christmas or new year so I don't "have to" I really don't like being there. And the table only got smaller, and people around that table have fought so many times with eachother without a permanent solution that I just don't care anymore. Our family used to be a group of 20 or 30. I hate groups but it is sad to think about the fact that it's now a group of 5 ish people. Remembering what it used to be makes me not want to go in general. I am actively being another piece of the family making the table smaller and I don't mind.

- a more innocent one, I am working on being more chatty with peoplenI don't know and maybe it will help when around my big friend's groups. I love them all very much but I become very timid when it's so many people. Maybe by talking with strangers and being able to just keep that rolling effortlessly, I might be able to do the same 100 % with people who I actually know. Through that I met a cute guy so that's something :)

I like my face, hair and body as well as my personality. I like how open minded and caring I am.

I hate how short I am. I am 4’9 and a lot of my second grade students look down at me. I also hate how emotionally attached to people I date I become.

Find a way to let your students to listen and look up too you. Second graders are easygoing even if they act as little devils sometimes. If you are a teacher, teach them to respekt everybody, no matter if they are short or tall. Tell them amazing stories of shorts people.

I don't know if that would work or if you already tried that, but its worth a try.

I have never had a problem getting them to respect and listen to me, luckily. I just hate being reminded how tiny I am 😸😸

Then you are the person who needs to change how you think about your height.

Being shorts is beautiful and sooooo cute. You should be proud about that too. There are many things shorts people can do that tall people can't success with.🥰

- My intelligence
- My creativity
- My mental endurance

HATE:

- *My height/shortness* (easily 60% of everything I dislike about myself)
- My stomach/being overweight
- My penis size (small; 6.5")
- My face/ugliness
- My Precocious Puberty medical condition I had
- My hypothyroidism
- My scoliosis
- My flat feet
- My skin tone/complexion
- My overall physical appearance and about literally everything about it, except gender

That's all I'll post for now on this section.

Its hard to be confident when there are a lot you dont like about your body, but try to be more confident like the "LIKE" part. Height is not the biggest problem. I know some people are obssessed with being tall like 6 feet, but its all in the head.

Some people are tall with muscles, not overweight, have model face, smooth skin, non flat skin

But they lack of intelligence.

There are many people who don't look like typical models, but they succeded much in life becaude of their intelligence, creativity and mental endurance. They money, got loyal wifes that been with them since when they were poor, they have kids.

Those kind of people are Albert Einstein, Elon Musk or Sundar Pichai, Tim Cook, Zhang Yiming or Mark Zuckerberberg.

So be more confident in yourself

Like: the fact I want to help people, the job I'm going into, my intelligence to a degree.

Hate (long list): hair, hairline, head shape, looks, dick size, foreskin, confidence, awkward with girls, shy, my negativity about me and relationships, wasting my life gaming because I never put myself out there when it mattered

now there's a lot of things to love about my life, especially the people in my life... and I do like that

I don't like my insomnia, I don't like my mental health issues and I absolutely hate looking into mirrors.

You know you are great, but still feel insecure? Its normal.
Maybe you overthink at night and end up not sleeping and turned into long lastning insomnia after a while.

Why do you have looking into mirrors? Something you don't like about yourself? Eye bags and shadows around your beautiful eyes?

How did you get anxiety and hyperacusis? Have you alway had that or it started at some point in your life?

I think I always had a predisposition to having sensitive ears. Then they slowly started to get worse over the years through dangerous triggers like being in loud environments like church, school, cars, etc🤔
