I appreciate the effort I put into myself and the ones I love. I appreciate that even when I'm going through a lot of things, I try my best. I appreciate myself when I don't, just because I've been trying so hard. I appreciate the type of person I'm becoming. I appreciate the fact that I never gave up hope on loving myself. Cause now I can and do.

My looks, I mean this in the most humble way 😌.
I love my forgiving heart. I'm educated about different cultures (still learning) so I can be around different types of people and know what and what not to talk about. I believe I put everyone at ease when they're around me, I'm miss tranquility😇

I like that I loved my wife and child completely and I always took care of them during that chapter of my life. I paid every bill, I made sure there was always groceries, rent was always paid, I kept everything running. I made love to my wife a million times, I took care of my son every time he was sick. I never hit him once, I bonded with him and spent as much time with him as any parent could ever hope to.

As far as being a husband and father, I did that good.

Children are so innocent, and when you're everything to them, they give you unconditional love, you love them unconditionally in return, and you get so attached. You feel protective and responsible for them. You want to give them a good childhood. You put their needs before your own and being a parent can literally make you a better person.

There really isn't much for me to like about myself. I'm dumb, I'm ugly, I'm male so everything is my fault by birthright and I can only be seen as some predatory monster because I'm male, I've never been and never will be good enough for anyone, being a decent human being doesn't mean shit when you look like me, even my own family hated looking at me especially my mom.

So I don't think there's anything good about me.

That's the thing I don't loathe or hate myself, I just started seeing myself the same way everyone else see's me (those who have seen me). All the things I said about myself aren't me being self loathing, they are just facts. I don't self loathe, I also might not see anything to like about myself but I have become completely content with myself.

Beauty is subjective, intelligence isn't measured properly, and being male doesn't automatically make you a monster. I hope you find something to like about yourself.

Your comment was welcome, I'm not one who gets mad about anything really, you could've been really mean and rude in your comment and I would've just accepted it at face value, when I'm out and I hear someone comment on my face I don't get mad, sure it hurts because it makes me never want to leave my house but I need to pay property tax as I own my house completely, food, bills etc. So I can't just stay home, I gotta work and not let others stop me from doing so.
I also hope one day I find something to like about myself. I also hope to meet someone genuinely nice in person who treats me like a human being instead of like people tend to, like you've be trying to do online, it's just hard for me to accept it over the internet, last person nice like you over the internet got me to video chat with her saying she wouldn't do what most do and the moment she saw my face she cut the chat and ghosted me, which is why I'll never do that again, it's also why hearing I'm beautiful from someone who has never seen me is the most impossible thing for me to do.
