Music band member?

So if there is a band group and one of the members moves to another country but others dont can they still do live shows together or do they separate

Depends on the band. For a lot of bigger bands that do world tours they travel anyway from concert to concert. So it doesn't matter where the different member start. For smaller bands that need local concerts to be recognized it could be problematic.

What i wonder is does they record together while recording the instrumeny since the back instruments in the song

i am in quite a well-known band and people come and go all the time. some people have been in the group for almost 20 years and no one knows their names. i've been there 4 years and they could replace me and no one would know the difference

Yes, they would no longer be considered a band member.
