Would Shrek & Fiona have still married if Fiona stayed a human permanently instead of an ogre?

Like say after her and Shrek kissed and broke the spell, she turned back into a human and stayed one permanently. Would her and Shrek have still lived happily ever after?

They seemed to have basically bonded before all that. Her changing permanently to an ogre just seemed to make their bond easier to manifest in their world.

Yes it would be different but I think they would try to make it work. The films don't explore they differences between human and ogre princess that much but I think they'd struggle to gain acceptance if she were human, and they'd struggle to find a workable middle ground.

I think she'd likely still have some ogre tendencies as a human, and they might run into some other humans who would try to "rescue" her but she can handle herself.
