Demolition derbies, mud bogs, truck and tractor pulls, demolition races…. i luv these things! It’s been too long since i’ve seen one live and i’m missing it. I’m inclined to add robot wars to this list. Unfortunately i’ve never seen one of those live. Have you ever been to a demolition derby? Was it the best day of your life? Ell oh ell!

Yep… My first husband (ex) entered our car in a demolition derby and even though the car actually started on fire, while they towed some cars at the end they were still able to drive ours off lol a guy I went to high school with won the derby

You put your actual daily driver in a demo derby? Hahaha! Where i’m from, people build their derby machines all year leading up to the event.

Yes, I once lived near a short track. Two or three times a year it had demolition derbies. I've been to several as a kid.

Mud bogging? Yes, been to many. I have a female friend that converted a pickup truck to a mud bogger. She's a motorhead.

One year the county fair had a tractor pull. Saw a couple of motors blow and one rip loose from the frame.
