Looking for ideas what to build in Minecraft?

Hey everyone, do any of you have any suggestions what I can build in Minecraft?

I can't really think of any at the moment but I am doing survival mode if that makes a difference.

It's been a long time since I've played, but my biggest project was creating an automated watermelon farm, with targeted pistons pushing dropped seeds and slices into irrigation channels to bring them to a single collection point, then expanding it until production got huge, reassembling the slices into a blocks, and building a giant skull fortress out of watermelons. You could try something like that.

Oh, but word of warning? If you build a giant colorful house of wool, don't give it a moat made of lava. I learned that one the hard way.

Survival is hard and long process to build anything. I prefer creative mode. I built villages. Looked up a lot of YouTube and Pinterest ideas. I had a medieval steampunk village. I miss it, serve went down and we lost it all. Had airships, water ships, minecart stations, built a building for each skill. Giant statues, so many redstone contraptions. I always start with Pinterest to get my ideas.
