I see where you're coming from but I may just suggest.. that if you ever have the urge to dance, it may not be an evil thing lol. Because every single toddler dances. It's just part of being alive, not listening to the body im this way is actually more suppressing and damaging than abstaining from 100% of all sports, because after all if the body "wants" to dance, it sees it as a must to stay healthy. It's not like there's anything selfish in dancing when you have the urge to.

I don't see dancing as selfish or anything, I'm just not the dancer type, if I'm at a party or wedding or whatever, you aren't gonna see me dancing, you'll see me sitting down having some drinks or something at the most, I got nothing against people that dance 🤣
