Is the Alien franchise really that popular? How popular is the Alien franchise? Is it really true that LITERALLY every individual in the USA such as adults, teens, etc. is a fan of the Alien franchise?

Lolz 😆 EVERY American? No. I've never even seen one of the movies. Maybe I would like them but that already debunks the first part of the question. In order for every American to be a fan every American would have had to seen the movies and decided yay or nay. That includes me. So that is untrue that we all are.

It was but like the Predator franchise and Terminator franchise its been done to death and run into the ground by writers and producers trying to put their own brand new spin on it.

The first two are classics and the second one is a mega blockbuster, in a similar being to Terminator 2.

The rest are a waste of time for the most part.

1 was one of the scariest movies ever made IMHO. 2 was incredibly enjoyable.

3 was an abomination from the pits of hell that should never have been made. 4 was bad. Prometheus was bad.
