Frequently and it's scary. We're talking 100+ mph weaving in and out of traffic doing wheelies etc. It's happening more and more and I'm so terrified of accidents. I wish they'd all get caught and lose their license. I think al erratic driving like this in any vehicle should be zero tolerance and lose your license forever. Driving isn't a right.
