I have not heard any recently, but i once heard of a case of a guy reporting to police that his dealer failed to give him his drugs after he paid the money and he got arrested. I also heard a case where a woman claimed the Sun as her property and was going to charge for its use.

And a case where someone reported a prostitute under trading standards and tired to sue for a refund.
