I've never watched any of these shows/movies. All I know is that humans are getting worse.
Mad Max
Why Mad Max?
Because we're running out of resources, governments are failing, and we're headed towards a nuclear war. What's left after that (after a lot of people die) will be a Mad Max scenario.
I've think of it also, although, I believe Mad Max was made, thinking on the US-Soviet Union conflict.
