Who is your favorite contemporary artist?

It can be a musician, a painter or a creative writer or whatever as long as the person was passionate about their art they did and not just do it for money.

Everyone knows an artist who gets into it just to make money, but you can always tell they aren't as passionate about their work as the ones who don't realize they are going to make money or become famous off of it.

Give me someone that you listen to or read or whatever and you can just feel the passion and innovation in their art work.

I don't think I have one at the moment. I was really trying to think hard but all my favorite artists that are authentic are in the past like Kate Bush for instance. There's not really an artist like her today that I can think of.
