Which would you rather be in a sandstorm or a snowstorm ( blizzard)?

I've heard that particles in a sandstorm move fast enough to cut your skin. I don't know you guys, but I don't want to die like that.. And I don't think blizzard is a fun experience, but it seems to be more peaceful compared to a sandstorm.

I was in Saudi Arabia for 40 days we had 2 sandstorms which were awful

I live in the north. I get a snow storm once a week in winter. I'm used to it.
