Kinda. It's when you are building some kind of software that will use multiple databases that are interrelated. Such as a list of database of names and addresses, another of doctors, a third of tax brackets, etc. The ERD is setting up the logic for how they are related

I think me too movement has caused a lot of harm too and made innocent men look guilty too. Plus i dont see it working on real life. If the popular kid assualts someone nobody beleives it.

Oh, I'm not saying it hasn't caused some innocent accusations. I don't doubt that it has. Not all women are truthful angels. Weinstein and Masterson are high profile people though, celebrities. In your parlance "the popular kids". This fact has not spared them punishment harsh punishment at that. They didn't get slap on the wrist. They got serious time. But that is my point. The severity of thier punishment the fact that it happened to both not just one of them is a wakeup call for others. That being rich and powerful isn't going to protect you like it has in the past. No it's not going to stop someone that has just decided they're going to rape some woman. But if you got something to lose it'll deter someone with the attitude that's, "Hey I'm Harvey Weinstein famous movie producer it's my word against hers and I make s*** happen in Hollywood They won't punish me". Finally our justice system has ALWAYS been built on innocent till proven guilty. That it's better 10 guilty men go free then a innocent be prosecuted. I'm not saying innocent people DON'T sometimes fall victim. But this is why there's an appeals process. It's not OVER for Danny Masterson by any means. Look at Cosby, his conviction was eventually overturned.
